This makes it well placed to explore the local countryside or simply enjoy the town. The rooms were recently refurbished to a high standard . Ours was not large but perfectly roomy enough with tea and coffee making facilities, a comfy bed, ample clothes storage bedside lamps a Decent TV. The Fountain Inn next door was great for food and drinks, the staff there were very welcoming also. Overall, we had a lovely weekend away.
