And it’s easy to do a good tasting English breakfast and this wasn’t. Also charged £5 for still water at dinner. It looked like bottle of tap water.

Our room was at the front of the house with views of the garden. I enjoyed sitting in one of the armchairs reading after exploring the local area. The tea & coffee making facilities included biscuits and bottled water, hot chocolate (better provision than some hotels). Breakfast selection was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food on each of the 3 mornings. The bed was comfortable, and even the duvet cover felt soft!

With two young children there was a lot of space for them to play in the open plan living space. The bedrooms were so comfortable, they were all great sizes so no one felt hard done by.
