The self service cooked English breakfast is excellent. The location on the Tyneside beach front is a winner also.

Location, the newness, spacious bedrooms, friendly and very helpful staff. Great emphasis has been placed on the Bar, (hence called an Inn I suppose) which doubles as the restaurant. The Bar is extensive, beautifully appointed, I like the different sitting options, many of which offer a degree of privacy, the bar area is impressive and I expect will attract a lot of locals rather in-house guests. The views from the Inn are delightful. My bedroom was large, of course newly furnished, comfortable, with a very nice shower/bathroom.

Food was tasty and well presented but was only luke warm.We thought £6.50 for a pint of guinness was excessive.

The hotel is up to the usual Inn Collection high standard. Well done Inn Collection for restoring it so beautifully. It was very busy with folks wanting to look but we managed to find bolt holes in the spacious restaurant. A few teething problems. We booked a twin but we’re put in a double so there was a one hour delay before we could move rooms. There were two further problems that I needed to contact reception about. The staff were stretched but very good.

Beautiful guest house with the most fantastic views. Owner was very friendly and helpful. This was very very short notice booking due to a booking at another place being cancelled due to the state of that property. Thanks for everything Graham. Highly recommend Alan
