Beautiful scenery, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location for Ullapool and the Highlands...especially the beaches! Really comfortable and the cleanest guest house we've ever stayed in. Amazing sunrise and sunset views. Thanks for the sight seeing tips and for a lovely stay!

Bedroom and bathroom newly renovated, mattresses very comfortable, bedroom and bathroom spotless clean, view over Loch Broom stunning, staff very friendly. Continental breakfast only, no lunch and dinner which is very understandable for this time of the year. It's January. This was our weekend off and we enjoyed it and relaxed very well. We asked for a second chair as we stayed in our room a whole afternoon due to storm Jocelyn and her sibling the rain and it was taken to our room immediately.

The warm welcome on arrival, our room was spotlessly clean as was the whole guest house. We had a beautiful view from our room which was nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, nice ensuite. Communal lounge is nice for reading or looking at the view with a glass of wine (byo) also tables where takeaway food can be eaten in the evenings. The breakfast was excellent and served in a lovely dining room where you can have a cooked or continental, both had a varied choice of items. Only a 10 minute walk into town for coffee shops and restaurants.

Very well situated in centre of Ullapool with views of Loch from the bedroom window. Nice and quiet too. Service was fine. Didn't have dinner in the hotel so can't comment on that.

When booking it was understood that a full breakfast was included. This was not available due to staffing and a meagre continental breakfast given. Not acceptable and as inn did not fulfil conditions of booking compensation should be offered.

Quiet location and short lovely walk along the creek and loch, down to the commercial area. The room was very comfortable. Our host Nadine welcomed us and gave us dinner recommendations and suggestions for our explorations in the area.
