When I booked Kumbakonam inn for my recent trip to Kumbakonam from Australia, I was a bit doubtful if I had made the right choice. But my doubts vanished within half an hour of stay in the place. The property & the hosts were simply exceptional. The location, comfort, cleanliness & service, guidance on places to visit & food was simply superb. Hosts Balaji & Bhuvana are the loveliest people & made sure that everything was taken care of including the needs of my mobility impaired family member. Very accessible property. Definitely want to plan a longer stay next year. Would recommend this property to all my family & friends all over the world. Thanks Mr. & Mrs Balaji for this home away from home & not to forget the yummy yummy homely food. Keep up the good work

The bathroom toilet was clean. Mr. Balaji and his team are very hospitable. He follows up with you right from the time you have booked till your whole stay. When we reached they said we have booked your room Raya's grand due to non availability of room in Raya's inn..But they didn't informed me when I called.. otherwise we could have reached directly to Raya's grand.. Room was good but it was in the ground floor (main corridor). Light was on through out night . No extra tariff is charged.. Room and facilities are excellent.. Good experience at Raya's grand..
