The rooms were stinkingly dirty, the flush was not working and I had to literally operate it manually by the removing the upper lid and pulling the lever up. Oyo promised AC, TV and free Wifi in room, but the hotel straightaway refused to provide them in that cost. The staff was also not very good. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Lucknow as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.
