I had read before our stay about the noise from neaby cafes, but in fact it was distant, not loud, just ordinar street noise. Rooms are very new, modern design. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Everything was working. Host was really nice and helped with parking. Private parking is just opposite the building. A supermarket is located next door.
