Perfect location. No breakfast but next door to several good restaurants . Across the street from supermarket and 7-11. 5 minutes walk to the beach. On the main road , convenient for car hailing app. For those inclined, nightlife is close by. Ideal for someone who has been to Phuket many times and wants to travel around. Exceptional cleanliness, modern simple rooms of good size. The husband and wife team owners have 10 rooms and make an excellent effort to ensure all their guests have their needs looked after. I had a room facing the back. No noise from the street. Double glazed windows on the front facing the street Will stay there again on my next visit. Excellent value.

Liked the size of the rooms with a separate kitchen area. The pool is not too hot in temperature to swim. Some other pools are sooo hot you can't go in. Tiki's bar is a winner; Tiki is awesome and offers reasonable priced cocktails, snacks, meals. She also offers chairs on the beach: handy when the pool is full or noisy. Nothing is too much trouble for Tiki. Casual atmosphere poolside; we always make new friends

Working and relatively quiet aircon. Always warm water in the shower. Cleaning available everyday by polite and smiling staff. Great view over the ocean. We did not use the beach much (private nor Kamala Beach) but used the longtail boats to get us to small quiet beaches. The staff was really helpfull and lovely and helped us with tour booking. It even had a washing machine so we could do our washing as this was our last island before returning home. The bathrooms were great, beds were comfy. The pool area was great and pool amazing. There was a resturant linked to hotel that served breakfast lunch and dinner the food was amazing. The breakfast area and pool and beach were so close to each other. The staff were very professional and friendly in every location , right down to the towel and activities staff. There were farm animals to feed every day , amazing. At night time the beach was set up for romantic dinners. Just so beautiful and amazing.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing and extremely helpful in assisting us with anything we needed. Their English was excellent. Every single item in the hotel shows an individual signature. One in a million kind of a hotel. The private pool is a masterpiece. The outside open top shower is very romantic.
