its a great location and is quite and private atmosphere. its a bit of a walk up hill is the only downside. they have a great picnic area and it is right by the river. and it is down the road from Bryson city. i came here for the great Smokey rail road.

The room was bigger was expected and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed how the shower had amazing water pressure compare to the "Quality Inn" hotel I said in the night before. The owner was very friendly and allowed me to work on my Jeep since it was the main reason why I had to get a hotel for the night.

Inn is older, but some upgrades have been made, ie the bathroom. Desk person very helpful with directions and suggestions using town map. No extras but overall nice quiet stay.
