It exceeded our expectations, a very clean and quaint place with a great location. Susan and Carl are incredibly welcoming, breakfast was outstanding! They even had snacks and cake for us ready all the time which we enjoyed tremendously. They gave great recommendations about the area. This is a lovely historic beachfront hotel that really tries to keep the tradition of a calm, relaxing beach vacation. There were excellent amenities, like beach chairs and umbrella included, and the atmosphere and location can't be beat. Our group spent a lovely evening on the porch with some great drinks and bar snacks. The service of the bellhops was really excellent.
