The location was right in the center of activities. I was easily able to walk to beach, restaurants, live music, shopping, and fireworks. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the outdoor shower. A unexpected perk was having a grocery store fully stocked with food and wine right next door. I even found a book store within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. I also found a service to set up a chair and umbrella for me on the beach at a very reasonable fee.

Staff is very nice. Rooms have been redone and are very cute. It is not a Marriot or Hampton Inn so you can't compare them to that but it is a great family place to stay. My accessible room was spacious and was well set up for us disabled folks. The breakfast was satisfying, including an automatic pancake machine! The fellow at the desk recommended Michael's Seafood for my dinner. As an aside, the place is always jammed, but I found a close parking space. The host at the outdoor counter offered a 30-35 minute wait. My little flashing buzzer alert went off after 5 minutes. The meal was superb and the wait staff excellent.

We were next door to the boardwalk, so it was super convenient to take the children. There was no reservation required for parking or any additional fees - just a tag to hang up over the mirror. The staff was great and the room was clean.
