The 1890 Freeman House

Excellent stay with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Before arrival we received an email from Shannon that made our trip more interesting with her advice & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would recommend The 1890 Freeman House to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Shannon for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

I book online through a booking website and call and reserve the hot tub room with no issues! The breakfast is fantastic! The rooms are clean and quiet and we like the indoor pool. The view and location are both fantastic and parking is convenient! We only stay at Quality Inn and Suites when we come to the beach! The staircase in the main house is gorgeous. You couldn't find a modern home with the detailed craftmanship that Coppersmith Inn displays it's just beautiful.

The Happy Hour is always great, and it was nice that the bar stayed open until 10 pm. I was glad that we could enjoy a nightcap without having to leave the hotel! In addition we went there on a music night, so the band playing down by the pool was a plus for us. We kept tour door ajar while we enjoyed the multigenerational tunes, and then when we went down for dinner, tipped the band for their contribution to the nice evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with him. The breakfast each morning was a delicious feast prepared by a talented chef. As a guest my advice … don’t sleep through breakfast!
