After explaining the condition of the room Chris was apologetic and confirmed id be refunded the deposit and total amount of the reservation. Chris if you are reading this you mentioned you will be making changes to your newly managed Inn and I am willing to five you guys another chance next family vacation stay in Niceville.

It was very pretty, extremely good location, beautiful view of the water from our window, quiet, clean... Breakfast on Saturday was awesome! There were eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, cereal, muffins, bagels, delicious cinnamon rolls, coffee, milk, juice...
