Perfect location! We stayed here the last night of our holiday, which is always a stressful moment. The staff was wonderful. They took away all the stress. Their organisation is just perfect. Shuttle to and from the airport, perfect! Restaurant on the premises. We will definitely be back!

Food was good, drinks were even better, and the staff friendly without being over bearing. We loved that every time we were near the front door, it was opened for us. Loved the location, as we were going to the convention center. The area that the hotel is in feels pretty safe and secure. The room was awesome, bed was comfy, but the pillows were really too soft for my liking. Not a big deal, they offer firmer pillows....just have to ask for them! Will always stay there due to the location, price, bar, and staff.

Unfortunately extremely thin wall, rude people were playing thumping loud music and talking loudly till 4 in the morning. I guess you get what you pay for, certainly was no comfort in this inn. Will never stay here again.

There is a large grocery store within a 5 minute walk should you want. Amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner options within 10 minutes walk from Park Lane. Safe and well lit parking lot with 24 hour reception. Would definitely stay here on the next trip to Portland!

While we were waiting, a customer got her key to a room, came back a few minutes later saying the room was not clean. They apparently were short handed. We decided to cancel and try some where else. I did call Shilo Inn to cancel but they told me to call Bookings.com
