They picked us up from the airport and provided us all the transportation that we needed, keep in mind they have their own lives too, so sometimes they had their own errands or meeting during the day, but they were quite accommodating. They know a lot about the island and are a pleasure to spend time with lots of interesting stories. They also cook really good food and had kayaks and snorkelling equipment for us to rent!! It felt like they were my set of parents in Vieques and they took very good care of us :)
