We had dinner at the Inn which was outstanding!! The Inn is located a short distance from Brodie Castle , perfect to spend a few hours and learn about the history of the Castle and surrounds. We wish we had time to stay longer at the Inn and will definitely go back!

Located around 22 km from Delgatie Castle, the inn with free WiFi is also 36 km away from Fyvie Castle. The property is non-smoking and is located 33 km from Huntly Castle. As a family of 5, we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious, comfortable beds, big bathroom. As a Pub Bn'B it was great and excellent value for money. Aside from the actual accomodation, 2 other reasons Seafield Arms is a must do are 1) The food in the restaurant. Its amazing and spans classic pub fare made to perfection (I had the lasagne burger which is not exactly as it sounds) to bordering on fine dining level cuisine (if its on the menu that day you have to try the crab bisque - its exceptional). 2) they put a lot of effort into the beer garden and nailed it. They've managed to capture a vibe you can't achieve just by throwing money at something. Plus it has a nice play area for kids that my children didn't want to leave. The actual bar was packed when we arrived for a football game so its obviously popular with the locals too. Bonus points here if you're a Man U fan.

Multiple choices made it perfect. The staff was excellent at meeting all of our needs. They were more than friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect for our needs with access to the beach and short distances to multiple castles and other sites.

Newburgh Inn is located 10 minutes from Aberdeen and Ellon, a 5-minute walk from a sandy beach and Forvie National Nature Reserve, home to a seal colony. Known as one of the oldest golf courses in Britain, Newburgh-on-ythan Golf Club is also nearby. I booked room for 2 nights. I arrived early and room was made ready for me. When travelling but public transport not easy to meet times if checking in. Wendy in the bar and restraint is terrific. Always checking to ensure all is to your satisfaction. Meals were terrific.

The Ardennan House Hotel is a charming Scottish family run hotel which has been renovated to a nice standard with modern, comfortable furnishings. It is a 5 minute drive/25 minute walk from the centre of Inverurie and we are only 11.5 miles from Aberdeen Airport and being within Aberdeens Oil Industry it makes our hotel perfect for working as well as relaxing. The restaurant was nice and the food was really good. The breakfast the following day was well done and tasty as well. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.

The welcome glass of wine was a nice touch but the main reason I would stay again, is the service levels. The owners really went above an beyond to make sure we were happy.
