The hotel is located in a little town in a great hiking area. The room was very spacious and refurbished well with a lovely bathroom. Beds are super comfy, great after a long day of hiking in the area. In the morning we had a nice breakfast to start the day. Also the hostess was super friendly and helpful. She made us feel really welcome.

We arrived late and had dinner in the pub/restaurant. The quality was way in excess of our expectations. I had a Beetroot cured smoked gravadlax with horseradish cream, cress & toasted sourdough followed by Beer battered haddock & hand cut chips with peas & tartare. The starter was one of the best I have ever had and the main course was the perfect meal for a first day in Scotland. Compliments to the chef!! Our room was spacious with every comfort. A huge comfortable bed with a nice view out the front of the building, and nice bathroom with all necessary accessories.

The lovely room overlooked the sea with a walkway winding along next to it. After a delicious dinner we walked in the cool night air enjoying the variety of birds. Our stay was delightful!

The pub is welcoming and the food was great. Fantastic place and we look forward to returning!

The staff were lovely Wendy is one of a kind, the rooms were lovely and couldn't here the traffic even the regulars were friendly the food was fantastic I had the Kirkcaldy burger with salad and potatoes skins.
