Everything was fantastic. Great place for a great price. Short walk to the city or the beach or the old town (5-10 Min.) Check-in and communication was easy. Even our delayed flight arrival was no issue because there was a key box with our key in.

Pazinos Village is a lovely place to stay and is very close to the airport. The communication from Dimitri from the start of the booking was brilliant. We had a really late flight arrival at about 1130pm which was delayed until about 12, but Dimitri still had someone pick us up ! He also helped us sort out a hire car for the duration of our stay which was a good price and the car is good.

Room very comfortable and extremely clean with air-conditioning and a small, cute balcony 🙂 Spacious shower, tea & coffee facilities with snacks, local raki, etc. Superb location in the centre of Chania, between charming alleys. Team very friendly and welcoming 😀

At the accommodation each room includes bed linen and towels. Cretans are generally very friendly and welcoming, but the staff of Casa de Potie goes beyond that! Helpful, accomodating and super professional. The location couldn't be better, directly in the Heart of Chania old-town. We stayed in Casa 5 and enjoyed how quiet it was. The room was beyond clean, the bed really comfy and it had everything what we needed (even a lovely terrace)

All rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and a safety deposit box. Hosts were extremely nice, room perfectly clean, great spot, comfy bed. Would definitely return. My friends who were in a different accommodation were all hit with additional costs for air con and towels, so i was very happy that all of that came included at Cleo rooms! Clean towels were even left at the door throughout the stay. The spot is perfect because its beside the Malia Strip but also far enough to not be affected by noise. My room was silent.
