The location was in the heart of Riamaggiori, which made it so easy to get to shops, restaurants, the marina and the beach. The host was very accommodating. The room had modern bathroom fixtures and was quite spacious. There was a window overlooking the street which was great for people watching, but quiet when the window was closed. If you are traveling with family this is a perfect place, as there are two apartments in the building. The top apartment has a balcony. We all agreed that we would stay here again. And the town and area were beyond amazing. Best part of our Italy tour hands down.

Amedeo Lia Museum is 4.1 km from the inn and La Spezia Centrale Train Station is 4 km away. The property was clean and very close to the shipyard where I had to go the next morning. Coffee machine was perfect. The owner and wife where very kind and accommodating with my late check in arrival. Lovely people 😊
