It's a really cozy and warm place, really worth the drive. Would definitely stay there again.
The check-in was very smooth.
The rooms are comfortable, very good duvets. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The shared kitchen is very well equipped, shared bathrooms are nice and well planned.
In general, if you like peace and quiet, I recommend staying a few days. It's a perfect place to take a break from intensive travelling. The views around are amazing and there are beautiful forests nearby (there are berries, if you arrive at the right time).
However, make sure to have enough food with you as otherwise you will have to drive to the nearest town. Neither of the roads leading to Finnvikhaugen Rooms are perfect, but the worst parts have now been fixed.

Excellent location on the main street. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and everything you might need during your stay. The bedroom is very quiet with windows to the inner courtyard. There's a supermarker right around the corner which is also super handy.

The breakfast was amazing. Dinner was really nice, intimate and attentive. We felt like we were the only guests at the hotel. :) The whole experience was a lot of fun, from the Crab Safari (I had NO idea crab could taste so good!) to meeting the Huskies. The cabin was comfortable. I'd love to do this in the winter!!

The property is great, rooms are quite comfortable and nice, surrounding environment is breathtaking, very romantic and secluded. You reach either by car or bus, preferably you have your own car because you need to drive everywhere to get around. The staff was very helpful especially Lau and Mike they really accomodated to our needs and helped out whenever we needed anything. The food was great - both for lunch and dinner, wine selection was nice and the sauna was a good place to relax with a direct view on the pretty mountains.

If your business is with UNN Hospital you are right on the site. Ocean view rooms are the best with a splendid view. Easy access to down town either by bus or taxi.Rooms are good and comes with free wifi.TV and a small fridge. They serve a great breakfast in the morning. Normally included in the roomprice. They also serve buffetdinner that you can pay for and sell softdrinks.beer and wine. I had 5 stays there during february and march.
