Stations Inn is situated in Hokitika and has a garden and terrace. All rooms feature a kitchenette and a private bathroom with tiled walk-in shower.. The spacious rooms have a patio with views of the Southern Alps. We were made very welcome by the owner, the room was very clean, the wet room was excellent with constant hot water. We had a lovely meal on our last night in the restaurant.

Excellent location right opposite the hot springs. Wonderful welcome by Debbie at reception who also gave us an orientation of the inn. Excellent kitchen facilities you can use if you want to. Very clean and well appointed room. Exceeded our expectations and very good value for money.

What a fantastic experience. We stayed for two nights and would live to visit again to stay longer. What a beautiful mountain lodge and perfect vase for outdoor activities and sports. No Bike hire available anymore due to the company closing through Covid 19 pandemic. First impressions weren't great, its an old building. But the rooms are clean, the bed and its linen are superb, theres nothing not to like. The wc and shower were spotless . I had a drink on the bar and also ate there the Sea food platter was absolutely amazing, so much food for a really great price. The overall menu looked to have many choices. (there seemed to be quite a few meals collected throughout the evening). Free parking on the road directly at the front of the hotel.
