Great view, spacious and breezy deck. Very comfortable day beds and hammocks. It was hard to leave. The food was amazing, definitely recommend getting the dinners. Everything was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Max. The room was super spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good - the cinnamon sugar crepes tasted like churros, yum! The owner is a really nice and friendly guy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you ☺️

We loved Bambuda Lodge, the views are incredible from the pool out to the sea. It is a sociable hostel without being too noisy. The family dinner each night is great to bring everyone together and all the food was delicious with lots of veggie options. Our bathroom looked out into the jungle which was very cool to hear all the wildlife at night. All the staff were very helpful and kind. Cannot recommend it enough.

Great location in the middle of town with comfortable, clean rooms and an excellent included breakfast. We didn't check out dinner so no input there but breakfast was great plus you can swim right off their dock.

Our stay was exceptional. The grounds are beautiful. We snorkeled right in front of the property and it was amazing! We were hosted by Romain, who was very accommodating. Our meals were delicious, the drinks were well made. After dinner, we sat and spoke with Romain about his experiences in Panama and the history of the property. This is a wonderful place to stay and exists only out the determination of a group of young people who wanted to live the Panama dream. We highly recommend it!

The location of the lodge is amazing! The food is very good and the staff is extraordinary. They really know how to make you feel welcome. At night the family style dinner is great and makes you feel like home. Also the music they play all day is very well chosen, starting with relaxing music in the morning and more upbeat in the evening.

Staying at Bambuda Lodge was definitely one of the best parts of our trip. The location is great, you have a really nice view from the terrace and we loved our canopy room. Even if Bambuda Lodge is a little bit more remote, you can easily get a water taxi or book one of the tours to explore other places. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The food was good, especially the dinner was very delicious!

family dinners really brought everyone together, the slide is great fun! the location is perfect if your looking for remoteness and the staff go above and beyond to make the stay personal.
