I arrived 2 days later than I was suposed to and he offered to extend the booking by 2 nights. He helped me with tours, ferry etc. 100% recommend!

The staff are all incredibly friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Smiley and enthusiastic with each interaction, even making us some sandwiches as we had an early check out and would miss breakfast!! The views from the roof terrace are beautiful overlooking the bay, the rooms were perfect for what we needed.
