We had a perfect stay 3 nights at the end of October, 2 families with 1 pet. We were planning to hike on nearby mountains. Chalet exceeded our expectations. Kitchen equipment was top notch, it has everything and high quality. Traditional stove is great idea, we enjoyed it at all evenings. Perfect sauna. Equipment at the kitchen and bathrooms was top notch and clean. Outside gas grill was useful for us, we liked to cook at home. Location nearby Kitzbuhel and SkiWelt was really convenient. 10-15 minutes drive to Kitzbuhel or SkiWelt/Ellmau to nearby hikes. Walking distance to nearby restaurant.

She allowed us to use the apartment upstairs so we had more room which was so lovely of her. The apartment was spacious, with everything you need in the kitchen. The decor is traditional ski chalet which was really lovely. 2 bathrooms with a separate toilet was great. The location is excellent. 2 minute walk to the centre, next to the supermarket and 5 minutes to the main ski lift.amyFamily with young children

The food is also fantastic! I couldn't believe it. You can order omelettes fresh at breakfast! The whole spread is very good. Dinner was fantastic every night and the restaurant recommended Austrian wines each night that were very good. It has changed my whole view on Austrian cuisine and wines. The large spa is also really nice! Two saunas and two steam rooms plus a large relaxation area.

Staff were amazing, buffet breakfast included is amazing and we enjoyed fab dinners with the Half board option. The pool, spa and fitness centre are very good and the lounge areas are really comfortable. We visited in Summer - I would love to see it in winter - covered in snow. Highly recommend.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful (big thank you to Tibor from reception). Breakfast was delicious — definitely recommend you to try the scrambled eggs! Sauna and steam room were very well-maintained — perfect place to relax after a day of skiing. Our room was spacious and well-heated with clean and modern bathroom; very comfortable beds too. Look forward to returning again!
