The staff were very efficient in organising a guide for a tour of Tatacoa, getting laundry done , bus timetables etc The rooms are spotlessly clean and made over every day . Spacious bathroom. Small pool but nice to have during the hot days. There is a restaurant onsite but I did not try it . Overall a very positive experience and I would definitely come back .

She was always offering us coffee or lemonade, arranged a tour of the desert at a very good price, and also called ahead so that the bus back to Neiva picked us from the hotel. The hotel itself is simple but comfortable, the rooms are clean and bathrooms look new. It has a nice outdoor space to relax in.

The location was great for a tour of the Tatacoa desert as well as relaxing on site in shady hammocks and spotting numerous colourful birds, including hummingbirds! Staff were friendly and helpful and even taught us some Spanish! Plenty of delicious meal options for us as vegetarians/vegans, especially the Guerrero bowl.
