Wonderful place and perfect location. Everything was incredible. The room was spacious, the bed comfy and the terrace off our room was our own little paradise. The breakfast was served, not a buffet and was delicious and all the staff were super. The pool was a treat after a hot afternoon. The hotel is lovely with musical instruments throughout and classical music playing during breakfast.

Apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. The location was also very good, everything was within walking distance and felt very safe even at night. Staff was very good at replying message and arramged transfer also suggested some nice meal places and sightseeing spots. Water pressure was good, towel was plush and very clean. Overall it's a very good stay at Puerta de Armas apartment. Seville is a beautiful city, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Reyes met us as arranged and was wonderfully friendly. The room had everything we needed. A small kitchen, great bathroom with spa bath. Washer and dryer. The complex itself was charming. Walking distance to many great restaurants. They ones Reyes recommended were great. Easy walk to the main attractions: cathedral, river, markets etc. Would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful apartment, my family was thrilled to have something so clean and comfortable. It was unbelievable when we looked out the bedroom window to see the Sevilla cathedral. Absolutely amazing views. We’ve never had a host go out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. I even posted this on my Instagram to share with friends and family. Without a doubt, the nicest apartment we’ve ever stayed in, over 20 years of traveling the world

We had a superb room with a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was luxurious with twin sinks and a lovely walk in rain shower. There was an in room safe, plenty of storage space and a coffee maker. There was also a balcony with a table and four chairs, and two loungers. A real bonus was the roof top terrace which had live music some evenings. It was a great place to relax with a drink or coffee after being out for dinner. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The bathroom and shower were very nice. 3 AC units kept the place perfectly cool even during a heatwave of 46 degrees outside. And with a very nice top floor with jacuzzi you can perfectly relax at the evening and look at the skyline of Sevilla! The host were also very friendly and kept in touch if we needed anything.LeviPeople with friends

There were 2 rooftop pools and sun loungers, small but a perfect spot to relax in the afternoon heat. It wasn’t the most central location but everything in Seville is walkable and it was never more than a 15-20 minute walk to anywhere we needed to go. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and if ever in Seville again we’ll be staying here!SophieYoung couple
