Decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and clean and the hosts were very accommodating and happy to help in any way they could. It was a nice space to use and the added bonus was the wildlife in the back garden (foxes and squirrels) we loved seeing them!

Apartment is very clean Bernd, is very good when accommodating us and very polite. Customer service is very good, it's on high standard. Just 3 minutes walk along the beach, nice location all local restaurant and cafeteria are walking distance.

Location is very central. 2 minutes walk to the waterfront. Very near to the lanes and walking distance to the Royal Pavilion and the Pier. Easy bus access to Brighton Railway station. The property is tiny but well maintained. Good for a Two days stay. Easy check in & check out procedure. The deposit was promptly returned after check out, on the same day. Bernd is a good host. A carton of milk was provided on arrival. Porridge oats, choice of various teas available. Also coffee beans were kept for those who needed their coffee freshly ground alongwith a coffee machine. Cooking facilities seemed good( we ate out, lots of eateries around). pots n pans, cutlery and crockery enough for a family. Hand wash was provided but no shower gel & shampoo

The room was very clean and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children and the complimentary breakfast on all three days we were there was a big bonus. My kids loved the spacious lounge, reception area and we spent some time in this area just relaxing and eating after coming in from outside. The swimming pool was another bonus for us and we made time to use it.

I’d never been to a spa before but wanted to treat myself! Totally worth it, never been so relaxed in my life. The times I used the pool, spa and hydro pool meant it was usually empty, 7am-8:39am & 3pm but even at 6pm I only had to wait a little while for a hot tub and there are areas downstairs to lounge and wait. I didn’t use the restaurant or any treatments so no comment there but this was just what the doctor ordered and I loved staying here!
