Impeccable quality of bedding, immaculate shower and bath. Absolutely attention and care from the staff. The food was magnificent, the best I have had in any hotel in the South ( outside London). The room was so quiet and so so clean. You couldnt find anything that wasn't 100%. Really responsive staff, couldn't do enough for us. They called us before our stay and I found them to be friendly, professional and attentive. I was so happy with my stay I really was actually sad to have to leave. I wish I had booked the whole week there, perfect night sleep( delicious sherri!!)! If you read all this, I'd like to say - it is worth every penny! :)

Looking for a hotel with jacuzzis?

Stepping into a hot tub and relaxing in its warm water is bliss. If you opt for a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you like – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer guests private hot tubs, while others have a shared jacuzzi that’s usually part of a wellness spa.

Centrally located and recently refurbished to a high standard. We loved the garden level open plan kitchen and dining area with its super large rustic dining table and WiFi connected TV on the wall. The Bed rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable too. The bathrooms were lovely with all mod cons. Overall we all agreed we would love to stay again sometime as we only had 1 night as visiting for a party at a local hotel.

Staff were all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble The processes of check in, breakfast, spa facilites and even the shuttle between hotels was all so smooth and helped us to really shut off our brains and relax for the weekend. Whole vibe of the hotel felt as though everything was taken care of and we didnt have to worry about a thing.

Loved the ground floor lounge which was very comfortable and the large kitchen/dining area which was sunny and bright and incredibly well equipped. Loved the location which was an easy walk into the town and only a few minutes walk to the Co op for supplies. Super handy having a parking space on the drive. Great having access to a rear garden. The house has a good vibe and we loved our week spent there. Would love to go back next year. Great value for a low season break.

Very welcoming and friendly, the service from the staff was exceptional. Prime location, very peaceful and quiet and superb views! The spa was spotlessly clean, and very inviting. My friend and I both had the “drift away massage” which was very relaxing and professional. Sally (beauty therapist) was wonderful! Highly recommend. Perfect for a girlie weekend to drink Prosecco, enjoy good food and relax! We most certainly will be back! Thank you.

Staff were exceptional, could not have helped anymore. Breakfast is the best we have ever had, so was our evening meal. Our room had a stunning view of the beach. Rooms are spacious and very clean, the complimentary gin & tonic was a lovely touch. The spa was clean and very quiet early in the morning, pool was a very good size with a hot tub, sauna & steam room. The gym is also well equipped and surprisingly big. location is perfect just a 35 minute walk to the beautiful village with lots of shops and restaurants.

Location was absolutely perfect 5*! Close proximity to the town, flat, rather than hilly. The views of the estuary were wonderful from two of the bedrooms and the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. Balcony a bonus too. Spacious accommodation throughout and plenty of bathrooms too. Top floor bedroom suite perfect! Kitchen had everything we needed and the added bonus of tea and various items left in the cupboards

2 numbered car parking spaces in the private grounds - gold dust in Salcombe! The property is only a little 'up the hill' from town and a very easy stroll down to the fish & chip shop. - Just up one set of stairs above the playground. Having 2 bathrooms was very handy. Being on the ground floor, there's a little terrace area just outside the lounge patio doors.
