The hotel breakfast was superb and the servers, very attentive. Being able to eat at the sister hotel restaurant was lovely and the cream tea/savory tea was superb, as were the evening meals. We were also able to use the leisure facilities of the sister hotel, eg. pool, hot tub and sauna. There was a lounge stocked with board games, so great to access on a wet February day.

It has jacuji in one of the bathrooms as well. The proprty was near to beach & comes with a reserved parking space - this was so far the best airbnb concept type units i have stayed in uk. They accommodated an early check in request as well. Very accommodating. I must stay 10/10 from my side. The unit has 3 bedrooms well enough to host a family. Everything was perfect from start to end. Would like to visit again in future.

The restaurant in the adjoining hotel is good value for money and we appreciated being able to order a very nice take away from that same restaurant on a rainy evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting Shanklin Chine and Ventnor Botanic gardens.

It’s a comfortable enclosed veranda perfect for relaxing with a book. The staff were so friendly and helpful, felt like home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was delicious, we booked an evening meal and the breakfasts were just great. There was always parking space.

Light and airy with plenty of space to relax in. The bed was a superking and really comfortable and there was good storage. The bonus was the use of a jacuzzi on site which was great and a pub and access to the esplanade just around the corner. I'll definitely be booking to stay again. Thank you.
