Breakfast and location were brilliant. Flying from Belfast to Egypt and missed our Birmingham Airport connection??? On arrival, we were told of the 'relaxed dress code' and option not to honour the booking -but- we had the most relaxing stay 'ever', due to both the staff and other guests - kindness and consideration!!!

The staff were really nice in checking us in and telling us what time the leisure facilities close. And the pool and jacuzzi were really nice!!
