They helped us with the arrival at the accommodation, with the hire of a car, the journey to the boat and, at the end, they even gave us a farewell gift. Very nice villa, obviously completely new. Very well equipped with all you need. There was even a toothbrush for everyone. Big enough for 2 families. Very comfortable pillows. Chris was very friendly and open for our needs. Thank you!

Very very close to the beach. No big wave, very clear water, and it's quite shallow, good for children. You can enjoy the sun rise in the apartment, from window or balcony. Young children can enjoy watching the plane landing and take off. You can see a blue dome church from the beach. We discovered a cave house near by and groups of little fish by the rocks. Close to Karmari by car. Lots of restaurant in Karmari. Nice place for a family.Very very close to the bus stop, but not many bus. If you are planning to hire a car, choose Anna's villa. Anna help us to hire a car, no deposit, full insurance with low excess fee. You can choose the basic insurance that's cheaper. But I chose the full one as it's my first time driving there. Car hire company collect us from the airport and pass the car. Our return flight in the early morning, just 4 min by car to the airport, park the car at the airport car park and leave the car key under the driver carpet. So smooth. Thank you very much again Anna!

George was an amazing host/concierge. He was following up on our arrival and checking in every day to see if we needed recommendations or help. Upon arrival he waited for us, did a tour of the place and left water and ice. A 10/10 experience.

We chose to stay at the studio kocis on our last day in Santorini since we had an early flight in the morning and it was close to the airport. The hotel was nice, cool, and clean. The beds were so comfy and the shower was the best! Our host was very friendly, helped us get food delivered and gave us a ride to the airport in the morning.if we stayed longer it would have been nice to rent a motorcycle or car to explore the area more. The facilities in the room were great. Had a nice fridge, coffe/tea station and beautiful bathroom. This family owned villa has so much potential!

The villa is gorgeous! Absolutely beautiful place to spend time with partner, friends or family! Super clean, spacious, comfortable and stuff was very helpful! Villa is right next to the beach with very cool beach bar. Not far from Thira or Oia and taxi can be easily arranged ( which is great because you are avoiding all the tourists and have some privacy). This place is heaven on earth! We rented the Junior Suite with Sea View for 10 beautiful days. The apartment looks exactly the same as in the photos (or even more beautiful). Very tasteful interior and mind blowing exterior. We woke up to the sunrise (you can see it from your bed) and had our fantastic breakfast next to our private (it is really private) jacuzzi overlooking the sea. It is a quiet, beautiful place. There is a nice beach bar (East Breeze) near to the accommodation and an authentic greek restaurant about a km away (Captain Loizos). The real luxury: our beloved host, Sevi was taking care of us during our whole trip, like we were her family members. The whole Santorini experience was magical- thanks to the hospitality of Sevi and the beauty of our accommodation.

House was very clean and had all amenities (Kitchen, Hairdryer, Bathroom towels, Soaps, TV to name a few) but it was little small for us all as we were five. Dimitri also provided us extra time to check out as we had flight late in evening. Overall very good and decent host.
