Splendid property - Tonnes of old world charm. Terrific location, and the most hospitable staff I have ever met. They personally greet you and remember all the tiny details. Steve, the General Manager was very kind and Vicki Chan at Cafe Causette was so attentive and thoughtful.

We lived everything about the ICON Hotel. I travel regularly to Hong Kong on business and have stayed in hotels on the island twice the price and even then, the ICON Hotel in many ways was better. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the rooms very well laid out, great views and everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

The first one we had no space for our bags. It was either the bags or us. The units have private bathroom, but don't expect to have a relaxing shower as it wont happen. You will wash yourself on the top of the WC. Everything was clean though, dated but clean. Location is very good and well connected. I can't complain as we new it would be a budget stay, as we only needed a place to sleep after a day trip to Macau.
