We had a unique and very relaxing time in this hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. I was very impressed by the hotel, its surroundings and the Gradac area as we visited here for the first time. This hotel is for adults, so it is quiet and comfortable. We booked for dinner in the hotel's Nicolo Polo restaurant (listed in 2023 MICHELIN Guide Croatia), which was terrific, with the sunset on the terrace. The sea view from the room was very romantic. We really hope to come back again. The beach and the jetty are just in front of the hotel; it is so comfortable. Parking is available just behind the hotel.

Modern, comfortable, and well equipped accommodation. There is a space for 6 persons with 2 bathrooms. The local market is 200m away, bakery 150m. Beach is 5 min walk from there. Nino, the owner, is prompt and helpful.

The villa was beautiful and immaculately clean and well maintained. All rooms had a traditional feel while being modern and fitted to a high quality. It had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. The pool was great and very clean and the jacuzzi was an added bonus. There were great outside spaces for eating, relaxing or watching the sunset. Because the villa was up on the mountainside the views were fantastic. Mario, our host, was brilliant and looked after us really well, quickly sorting our every need. So overall great and highly recommended.

Vedran and Tatiania were fantastic hosts alongside their son Luca. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Vedran even met us on route to show us the best route to the house and then showed us a short cut the supermarket. The house itself is stunning. The pictures dont do it justice and we couldnt have asked for more. Vedran kept us in touch throughout our stay and even invited us to dinner and made us amazing wood fired pizzas. The house is located in a quite village with a small shop 5 min walk away selling fresh bread and all essentials you need. Vedran allowed us use of his kayaks and paddleboard on the stunning Bacina lakes, which are 100 metres from the house. There are 2 cafes on the lake which are easy to kayak to or use the 4 mountain bikes and cycle the lakes path to get there. There is a swimming pontoon close by and the lakes are lovely to swim or dive in. All the amenities in the house are well serviced by Vedran and the pool is stunning. There are a choice of places to eat around the house dependent on which amazing view you want to look at. The pool house has an amazing traditional croatian wood fired oven which Vedran was happy to supply us wood for. (There is also a gas bbq should you prefer) A car is needed if you wish to visit the numerous Dalmatian beaches which range from 20 to 30mins away. To top off our amazing stay, Vedran and Tatiania provided us with numerous gifts for our return journey such as home made olive oil and beautiful lavender bags which was extremely unexpected and most generous of them.

Clean, spacious, well maintained, comfortable with pool, and everything you could need, including waching machine and close parking. great location to walk to the beach, with plenty of shops, restaurants. felt safe throught and great vibe. Host provided good local knowledge.
