Meticulously maintained family run and owned business who were very helpful, informative and kind from checkin through to check out. They responded quickly to our questions and went out of their way to help us book a day boat tour, book an Uber, and even packed us a small lunch for the 2 days we weren’t able to attend breakfast. Breakfast was excellent too! Pool was enjoyed and is perfect for cooling off at the end of the day or if you don’t want to go to the beach. The room was very modern and comfortable.

- The apartment was just as it was in the pictures. Absolutely modern apartment with a stunning view from the balcony that opens up to showcase the glory of the Adriatic sea. - The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The team also made up the sofa cum bed partially which we used during our stay - The restaurant below the apartment serves very good reasonably priced food which we enjoyed for lunch - The access to the swimming pool and the beach were massive positives. - The underground free parking is very convenient too - There is a supermarket less than 500 mtrs away which was super helpful - The host Antonija was very kind and helpful who assisted me with probably the cheapest parking spot in Split and always had a smile on her face.

The nearest supermarket is 3 mins walk. And the most important is that the hosts are so hospitable and friendly that you feel yourself very comfortable. Next year I will for sure come again

Everything was great. The flat is new and equipped with everything you would possibly need. A jaccuzzi with a beautiful view of the town was the the icing on the cake. The owners of the property are very friendly, there wasn't any problem of any sort. They cared about every single detail. Ivana was always smiling, she is a very positive person. We thank them for the presents we received :-) We definitely recommend!

wow what a place! Our hosts were absolutely impeccable. They greeted us with a warm and friendly smile even though we'd kept them waiting from the airport They had brought me a birthday cake and bubbles on arrival. Everything was spotless. Beds were comfy. The facilities were fantastic and we were all so tired from work that honestly you could quite happily stay there and never go out! Loved the pool and my friends loved the jacuzzi and the sauna. we had a few teething issues with the facilities but Petra was very quick to sort out and couldn't have helped more. She was brilliant too on where to go and what to do. It was up a quite hilly place so you need a car if you're planning on going anywhere although parking in Split isn't too easy.but there is a supermarket at bottom of hill and a really sweet beach about a 15 min walk. Highly rate this place especially for a significant birthday!

    They recently renovated their hotel and their rooms are now completely modern. I had a pleasent relaxing stay and really enjoyed their wellness space. They have jacuzzi as well as turkish and finnish sauna. Place to relax, enjoy and have a piece of mind. Staff is excellent, helpfull and at your disposal over WhatsApp 24/7

    Very nice and generous hosts. Amazing location, very quiet and calm, yet really close to the beach. Appartment has a beautiful sea view with very nice sitting on the terrace for romantic dinners and breakfasts. Nice and spacious rooms, plenty of storage space for clothes and suitcases. Large beds, very nice and big bathroom and kitchen, also suitable for family cooking. Perfect location for trips to nearby Omiš and Split.

    Incredible place to stay. A villa made of beautiful stone walls with a rich history. The central courtyard was very spacious and a nice place to relax with a perfectly clean jacuzzi. Even with the hot outside temperatures, the rooms were cold enough to sleep. There was also a large shared garden, where sometimes small events get organized such as music or poetry evenings. Very good connection to Split, In 10 minutes you are in the city centre with a Taxi or Uber.

    our time at Beach Hotel Split was excellent. It is family owned and run. Ornella is one of the most hospitable hosts. Her local knowledge of day trips and restaurants was always spot on. Rooms are of a generous size, cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Jacuzzi bath is relaxing after a hot day in the sun. Beach access is at property is superb.

    Access to loungers on a nice clear water beach, plenty of fresh juice options at breakfast. Spacious bathroom and nice balcony. Ivan was very helpful and provided beach towels as well.

    Right on beach, simply perfect. The room is clean and spacious. Living on the first floor I even got my little backyard. The bathtub got jacuzzi on it so I could enjoy my own bath time every night. Ornela is absolutely the most helpful and kindest. For every question she got an answer.

    Most staff were very friendly. We stayed in the big jacuzzi bath room, bath was amazing, room is nice and large, beautiful views from balcony. Breakfast was good with lots of options, evening meals were good quality.

    Jelena, the host gave us a warm welcome. She is so genuine and kind. We immediately felt safe and relaxed. Clean rooms, beautiful wiew from the rooms terrace.     Perfect location right on the beach. easy access to beach and lovely private beach with easy access to sea. showers also provided which is fab and plenty of sun loungers. really lovely room, very clean and spacious bathroom.
