Kind owner, beatiful view from balcony (sea and also mountains), short distace to beach and to center, everything new and clean, lot of clean towels and they have been changed after few days. We didn´t have even one cons, everything was perfect and we have plan to repeat our vacation there.

The place is comfortable walking distance to the beach but far enough to be silent. Our main selection criteria was to be close to the beach but far from the main road. Very nice rooms, kind hosts, enough parking place. The rooms were very clean and furnished with good taste. There are large supermarkets in Makarska, a few minutes drive.Tucepi landscape is amazing, pebble beaches, Velebits in the background, extremely clean water and warmer than in the northern parts of the Adria. We had a room with mountain view, amazing view of the Velebits. Tucepi is more comfortable than Makarska as it is a smaller place but has the same advantages and beuties. I have been to several places in Croatia, but Tucepi has become my favourite, it was worth a long drive. I suggest travellers to stay overnight in the region of Otocac if they come from a longer distance, it also helps to avoid the miserable Saturday traffic jams on the motorway.

- The hotel is wonderful, it's next to the beach and all the cafes and still quiet and nice. It's green, has a nice view from the area to the mountains and the sea. - The room is spacious and the balcony has a view to the sea, but not directly, rather to the sea "over a roof in front of it". - The variety of food is great for breakfast and dinner, lots of fruits, everything is fresh, plus they do local meals for the dinner l. - The beach is one love! - It's a walkable distance from the bus stop (if arriving from Makarska or Split) and it's a walkable distance to the port in Tučepi too.

Air condition a bit dated , we kept closed bathrooms and kitchen door but anyway we managed to cool down only sitting room . Wifi not available in second bedroom . Balcony extremely close to building next door. All of this was acceptable for us considering affordable price of accommodation.
