Beautiful place to stay in kintamini. From the moment we arrived the staff were outstanding. The photos don’t do this place justice… it’s very peaceful, surrounded in nature. The architecture and the wood aesthetic are so unique and needs to be experienced. We ate dinner twice (we didn’t eat breakfast here) and both were very good. We had a mix of western and eastern food. The staff brought us blankets and are so attentive. The spa was an incredible experience and we enjoyed a sunrise hike on mount batur, organised perfectly by the hotel. It is much cooler here but it was a welcome break from the high humidity in much of Bali. We loved kintamini and Tira Vilagna.

Excellent location with a beautiful view, the road is a little difficult, but it doesn’t matter, it’s not a problem to find. The Jacuzzi is amazing, very nice to soak in when returning from the volcano. The owner is polite and courteous. Also helped with contacts for guide and driver.

The location was excellent with a beautiful view of the lake. The hosts were very helpful, even though we arrived late they organised for a guide, Norman, to meet us and take us up the mountain the next day. We could not have asked for a better guide, he was funny, energetic and kind. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and private and the food was good. The hot spring bath was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
