Stepping into a hot tub and relaxing in its warm water is bliss. If you opt for a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you like – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer guests private hot tubs, while others have a shared jacuzzi that’s usually part of a wellness spa.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with extremely welcoming staff . The room was a good size with a spotlessly clean bathroom and good sized desk/ table space to work on. Simple things like having a hairdryer plugged into a socket in front of a mirror and an iron in the room and flannels and good sized towels make a real difference.

Staff at reception were very helpful, the spa facilities were lovely, would definitely go back just to relax. We stayed during winter time and all the Christmas decorations were up, the lobby was a nice place to just sit and have a quiet drink.

In my opinion this is probably the best value room anywhere in Ireland… There is no breakfast option (although from what I read you could use the kitchen if you wish) but the room itself more than makes up for the lack of breakfast, spacious & clean, a large en-suite bathroom, loads of storage, TV, Wi-Fi, tea/coffee making facilities all in a really nice, rural property… if you want to see the night sky without too much artificial light then this is definitely the place to visit

Highly recommended a stay at Rockhill. Beautiful surroundings, stunning rooms. Perfect for a relaxed romantic getaway. The restaurant on the estate is beautiful and the food was amazing. The spa is newly opened and perfect way to relax with thermal suite, outdoor hot tubs and relaxing areas. The staff are warm and friendly and the massage was perfect. Cannot recommended this hidden gem enough.

The location of the Rockhill House is so beautiful , picturesque and quite. An ideal place to unwind your mind and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. The room was very warm and spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfy. The only problem in our room was an unbelievably small sink in the bathroom. The spa centre is highly recommended with brilliant friendly staff.
