Check in was a breeze, rooms were very clean, and restaurant staff was tops. Special mention must be made of Rumi and Omkar who welcomed us on our first day of breakfast. First of all, the place smelled like daffodils 🌼 and incense 💐 and just as welcoming as the Taj Palace (where I’d stayed only last week). Anisha at reception was super-patient with me at the time of check-in, smiling and offering a variety of solutions for the issues I was facing with my troublesome credit cards. Please give her five gold stars from us! Omkar from the Nomad bar made us the best Negroni Sbagliato we’ve ever tasted. He also made us delicious custom cocktails based on our flavour preferences. Five gold stars for him! Om Prakash from housekeeping did an excellent job of looking after us by keeping our room immaculate, no matter what state we’d left it in. Five gold stars!
