This property is absolutely amazing, it is on a private road with security gates so it is very quiet at night. Everything about the B&B is quality, the interior is open plan with beautiful antique furniture. The gardens are beautiful and the swimming pool is clean and a good size. We stayed in a deluxe room with a terrace. It was very clean and a really good size with a mini bar, a kettle with a selection of teas and coffee and a lovely shower. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. There is a large wall mounted TV with Netflix which was is great if you fancy a movie. The terrace was a lovely place to enjoy a morning mug of tea as it got the sun first thing. You are given a list on arrival and you tick off what you want for breakfast, you can order as much as you like and it was good. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. A really lovely B&B which exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Mondello.

The hostess was wonderful, there were snacks and drinks for us and the child, even a small gift for our toddler, she was super helpful and friendly. The view from the upper terrace is amazing, the location is quiet, about 10min to the beach on foot. There’s a large supermarket about 15min on foot from the house. We had a great stay, thank you again for everything and especially for ensuring we can rest calmly!

We were met by the host. She showed us the room ( she was so kind to us). All staff were included, comfortable bed, big bathroom, lounge zone, TV( almost all languages, btw), fridge, table, chairs. So we had a good time. They have got a cute dog so we were astonished( in a positive way) So we recommend staying on this property and we will probably stay next time.)

There are minor flaws, but not enough to give a review with less than 4,5 stars. Overall a great place, that shines in particular because of the owner Giulio. He was interested in helping you and making you feel at home everyday. The quality of the space is similar to a good 4 star hotel, but has a more personal charme. The place is pampered in every detail! It is comfortable and has a well-equipped kitchen as well as a spacious terrace with romantic lighting and lovely view of the sea.
