I loved everything about the hotel, but especially the spacious room, with a super confortável bed, a bathtub that makes you want to soak for hours, and a fantastic views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast is varied and the products are of very good quality. The sky bar is also very nice. The views are unique, the service and the music are excellent. EQ exceed my expectations and is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Kuala Lumpur.

The host, Kawsar, was really helpful and kind. Even though my plane was delayed and I arrived after midnight, Kawsar met me and went to the closest grocery store with me, so I would feel safe and wouldn’t get lost. He also allowed me to pay for my stay the next day as I hadn’t exchanged enough money, cause late arrival. He was always responsive in WA and managed to answer all of my questions. Thank you so much 🙏 The swimming pool if fantastic! It’s got a spectacular view. I’ve never seen something like this before. You can also relax in sauna with jacuzzi there. The apartment is really nice and spacious, got everything you need. I especially loved the chair in a working zone and the TV with lighting in the back. The location is great, you have a Lalaport shopping mall just next to the building. You’ll find some nice restaurants there. I highly recommend Ippudo Japanese restaurant on the 3rd floor of Lalaport. Also, the yellow bookstore is definitely worth visiting. There’s a Mossery shop where you can get a custom notebooks prepared for you. And it is pretty easy to order Grab taxi from as it has Grab stations there.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and there was someone on reception to greet us & hand over the key card and check us in. Very quick and non stressful which we were very pleased about after a long flight! Beautiful facilities, especially the roof top pool! The bedroom view was amazing & the location into the city was so close with a lovely restaurant just around the corner! We loved it!

The location is great, as it's only a walking distance to Bukit Bintang MRT and shopping malls like TRX, Lot 10, Pavilion etc. There's also a convenient store just next to the lobby. The service was amazing; they were fast to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to Twin Tower. Close to rail and monorail lines that can take you further. Staff was helpful and friendly especially when I needed to extend my stay. Room is spacious. Table, chair and day bed made it easy to eat and relax in room. Bathroom is spacious. Walk in wardrobe is a nice design. Breakfast is good too, lots local delights. Make to order noodle bar is fun.

An adults-only resort means no running and screaming kids around. Breakfast from 730 to 11am unlimited refill, nothing fancy but nothing to complain about. Staffs are polite.LilingYoung couple

Off-street parking and very private and quiet grounds, with running water that blocks the hum of the city traffic. Our Luxe Crib room was great - very clean, quality bedding, spacious bathrooms and an outdoor patio with private jacuzzi. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent - fruit, yoghurt and muesli on the buffet, and then they also have a full all-day breakfast menu with both Western and local options.

It was really comfortable staying there. The bed and pillow are soft and comfortable to lie down too. Got a huge bath tub inside the master bedroom's toilet and even got extra toilet in the house. So total up 3 toilets can be used. They also have washing machine which helps a lot. Staff is nice and helpful too. Nice jacuzzi and sauna too inside the women's toilet near the swimming pool. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay here again.
