My experience here was more than perfect. The host is so nice, helpful, professional and responsive. The unit is super clean and brand new. It has everything you need for a family or business stay. I stayed here with my kids for 3 weeks during which I had to work remotely. The workings desk with a decent chair and a 27inch 4k monitor was a great advantage. The building is also well maintained and secured. My kids loved the swimming pool and the kid's play gym (trampoline room) in a different block. We have stayed in many hotels or airbnbs in different countries, but this was the best of all. We will definitely come back!

    Everything. The room is spacious. The Grand Sphere lounge is so welcoming. Staff are friendly, from receptionist to the technicians. Washroom came with bidet and bath tub. The kids pool came with blue slide and surprisingly serve ice water by the pool. Variety types of food served for breakfast. Not to forget, we can just walk to the One Utama mall! Love this so much. In dining food tasty and came with warmer so that the food wont be cold! I would have give them 10 stars!!

    I love that each and everyone of the hotel staff are super nice and friendly. Everyone greets you with honour and respect unlike other 5 stars hotels I've stayed. The room space was exceptional and very comfortable bedsheets with comforter. Oh.. and their Club Lounge was the main highlight of my stay. Beautiful scenery and the lounge was very peaceful to relax.
