We stayed 2 nights before going on the lost city hike and 1 night after, in 2 different rooms and had a really good sleep in both rooms. Especially enjoyed the room with the couch and tv for our relaxing nigh back after the hike. Staff was lovely and helpful and the coffee in the mornings was great! We actually tried to extend a third time but they were fully booked and recommended us to book with their sister hotel instead, which we also enjoyed.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic. The beds are the comfiest beds I have seen in my entire travels through Columbia. Best night sleep I have had! Also, we left an item at the hotel and they promptly helped find and return it to us. Could not recommend this place more - 10/10.

They have the fastest internet in the area due to the high altitude location, they receive a good signal from the satellite wifi. The view was amazing. The family, cooked professionally prepared meals. Even with the remote location, they receive fresh ingredients weekly while other hotels in the area receive ingredients with less frequency. I really recommend this stay to anyone who wants a chill private experience!
