Fantastic location with seaside rooms and balconies to enjoy the view. Theres a great bar and restaurant on site. Includes an incredible breakfast buffet where you can order delicious smoked kipper, poached haddock or smoked salmon. The best part might be the facilities. Guests have access to the fitness centre/spa which includes a massive gym and pool. Very family friendly.

For children, the hotel offers passes to Aquasplash, a pool and water slide centre that is 5 minutes' walk away. 95% of the facilities are fantastic other than the below in my opinion

There is also a bar and bistro menu, and selections for children and vegetarians. The room, location and breakfast were excellent. The choices were numerous and the portions more than adequate.

Merton Hotel has a unique Aquadome, featuring indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, steam room and hot tub. There is also a surf machine, fitness centre and tennis court. My wife and I stayed at the Merton Hotel from 11th to 16th September 2021 and we had a marvelous time. The hotel itself, the location and all of the staff met with our expectations and we were really made welcome by all the staff, without exception. I would certainly recommend the Merton to friends and family alike and we will be planning to return again for a further vacation on Jersey and at the Merton.
