Bahar and Sultan were extremely great entertainers and really friendly, the staff at the service desk were helpful and very professional always asking if I needed anything. Thank you to the lady who gave me a complimentary bottle of wine and a complimentary spa and massage it was fabulous. The spa facilities were amazing. I cannot wait to see you all again next year.

Wow, Banana Alacati exceeded ALL expectations. Often places have nice photos and in reality the accomodation is disappointing, however this was not the case with Banana Alacati, and everything about it was fantastic. It was modern, functional, spacious, comfortable, all you want in a boutique hotel. The rooms were clean, nicely lit, well decorated. The included breakfast was amazing, something you would order at a cool cafe. The pool was heated for the cooler months and the hot tub had such nice lighting and surroundings. The communal area was so lovely to relax in, and the staff (Gül helped us), despite a lack of english made us feel so welcome. Great location, short walk to all shops/restaurants. 100% recommend!

The hotel is stunning, both interiors and exteriors. The hotel is brand new and the interior designer did a great job. Everything in the hotel is high end. Staff is amazing - attentive, helpful, yet invisible. Excellent and surprisingly large pool, quite deep (1.35M) with shallow ends. Tastefully designed garden with some fruit and even vegetables. Very walkable location - at the end of the (little) town, close to the mosque. I loved the music - quiet, relaxing, very versatile. The rooms located on the right hand side of the entrance are probably the best since you can get some shade all day (rooms starting with 3…) but it depends what you are looking for.
