The Urban Oasis is located on the 8th floor and offers a panoramic view of Waikiki Beach, an infinity lap pool, a hot tub, a pool bar serving specialty cocktails and a private garden with reflexology path. I like the hotel staff the best; Very sincere and super helpful. My room was ready very early; I actually got my requested 11am checkin as requested. Everything was wrapped and sanitized!, e.g., TV remote. Great Toto washlette!!

We stayed on the 37th floor, above which are called "penthouse". The view from there was amazing, with Waikiki Beach below, Diamond Head in full view to the east -- everything seemed to be ours in hand. The people are very friendly and helpful, much higher than the average "high-class" hotels in Waikiki.

It was nice that it was close to Poipu Beach. The staff were also friendly.
