The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The receptionist and assistant manager really helped us a lot with improving our booking, these two ladies were very cordial and helpful. The "happy hour" at the end of the afternoon was a pleasant surprise; the food and drinks offered were of good quality. Breakfast on the next day was crowded and tasty, with varied choice of hot and cold foods. The connection to the motorway is easy, the hotel is close to the airport and amenities in the city.

The best bit for me was the staff, they were so friendly and helpful and cheerful. We are booking this hotel for the way home too, and I am looking forward to it.
