The food in the restaurant is very good (though a bit too expensive), the presentation is excellent. The rooftop pool on top is pretty but small. The view from up there is nice, but there are certainly better views out there. The location is really convenient.

Staff was super helpful with both arranging tours on very late notice (we arrived late and wanted to go on a tour the following morning) as well as giving great tips for stuff to see and restaurants in the area. Bed was so comfortable! Everything had the modern touch, but also had charm. Great hot water in the shower, fast wifi, and room service was excellent. Also, the staff was very kind and pleasant. If I return to Hanoi, this is the hotel where I will stay!
