Complete lack of general information is this massive mall. Very disorganised and honestly, there are way too many nicer option in Dubai than to waste your time here. DO NOT FALL FOR THE AQUARIUM SCAM. Spend that money on Palm Atlantis. Dubai Mall Aquarium is a joke.

It is the biggest mall in Dubai as of now, in the most prestigious neighborhood, and got all the worlds best brands it is the mall that you will not see ales were in the world, although I don't recommend you go there for shopping unless money is not an issue for you at all, still you need to go there to see many other things I will not list them here but you got to go the website and see what is going on there. You need to plan your visit since there are many activities some of which are free, charge your mobile before you go there you will be taking lots of phonts.

Me and my wife went to the Dubai Mall to shopping and have dinner at the restaurant. We went to the Aquarium and Underwater Zoo first then we went to shopping and the restaurant at end. Which is a great combination to start with and end with. The staffs are so friendly and helpful also they wore the clothes in professional clothes. Good and short guide information to read and know about.

Service at the hotel was second to none. Amir at reception was extremely helpful with booking tours, transport and day to day advice on sightseeing and anything we may need. Room was extremely comfortable and daily housekeeping making sure all was clean, and supplies replaced every day. Location close to a supermarket, pharmacy and choice of restaurants as well as proximity to Dubai mall made our stay very convenient. Pool is very clean with good temperature and lifeguards very attentive. A great place for families.

The hotel does exactly what you want in a city trip: rooms are comfortable and clean, and the check-in and check-out (2pm is awesome) are flawless. Free shuttle busses take you across the city.

Al Hallab for best Lebanese food (Emirates and Dubai Mall or original on Al Garhoud Road)
Avoid hotel restaurants if you can do without the Alcohol. Food quality and value is better. Alcohol is available in venues attached to hotels only and carry hefty services charges and premiums. Some local options provide a better more cultural experience and value for money. For example, go to Ravi Indian Restaurant if you like Indian. Go to Istanbul Flower on Sheikh Zayed (Next to Safestway) for best Turkish (Try Iskender). Al Hallab for best Lebanese food (Emirates and Dubai Mall or original on Al Garhoud Road). Another good Lebanese option is Al Safadi on Al-Rigga Road in Deira). For best steaks I recommend the JW Mariott in Deira. For good Asian go to Wagamama. For Persian Food go to Sadaf on Sheikh Zayed or in Deira.
