Perfect location. Right next to Cascade of Time Garden. Close access to Banff streets and trails alongside the Bow River. We booked a room with a private washroom. It is clean. The price is friendly, despite the peak season.

Location was perfect, loved being so close to cascade gardens, bow falls and into downtown Banff. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. We paid for a room with own bathroom and that was basic but exactly what we needed.

Room was good, the prices are really decent for the size and location of the room. The washrooms are clean, linen was fresh and room was serviced in our absence. Staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel is located right next to the Bow falls trail and opposite to the Garden of Time Cascade, and it offers very picturestque views.

Staff at reception were very helpful and gave us lots of information. The room is up-to-date, clean, and decorated nicely. Huge bathroom. Room with coffee table, fridge, microwave and large kettle. Wineglasses were glass and the mugs were pottery. A great change from paper and plastic. Just a minute or so from the Lake Minnewanka/Cascades exit. Don't take the Mt. Norquay exit - too busy.

THe location close to tunnel mountain for biking was good. Good to have trails to bike to town and Cascade ponds. LIke the look of cabins. Liked the BBQ area - wish there were more tables that were abit further apart to allow for more use of the area just under these COVID conditions
