The property was large and had a lot of sun loungers, the staff were extremely friendly and the front terrace was a nice area to chill on an evening. The food that was purchased was lovely. Free daily water a nice touch.

Food was excellent. Poor weather meant that outdoor facilities such as pool and sunbeds were not used. Entertainment was very variable - the magician was excellent.

The location was amazing, and this was the nice part of Magaluf. There were plenty of restaurants downstairs. The view was nice. Everything was clean, and it was noticeable that the hotel pays attention to details. Overall, the room was super nice.
The roof terrace is nice, but we didn't have enough time to use it more often. In May, the water is way too cold to swim, though. The staff all around were very friendly, and there was nothing to complain about.
